"Naama Sankeerthan" is World’s First Mobile App , created single-handedly by the renowned Classical Lyricist / Music Director & Vocalist Sri. P S Krishnamoorthy of Mumbai. Naama Sankeerthan Mobile App, belonging to Indian Classical genre once again has the coveted honour in Introducing for the 1st time, Karaoke tracks for Bhajans. This would inspire aspirants & listeners to sing along with Sri.P.S.Krishnamoorthy’s Voice.

This App shall benefit Carnatic Vocalists / Bhajan singers performers and innumerable Rasikas / Music lovers all over the world to learn new songs of the contemporary works of Sri.P S Krishnamoorthy. Songs written by the Music composer Vocalist adheres to the canons of Composing with alliterations , rhymings , swara saahityaas ( Solfa Lyrics ). Few songs are also set to tune in rarely heard ragas like Alankarapriya, NeerOshTaa Gopriya etc.

Sri. Krishnamoorthy with his multi-tasking skills has Written the Lyrics, Tuned the songs, Composed the Music , played different Musical instruments , Edited Balanced & Mixed donning the role of a Recording Engineer also. Few Live recordings are also incorporated for its sheer naturalness and his powerful Vocal dynamism. This App brings forth contemporary works that can be added as part of any performing Vocalists’ repertoire.

Krishnamoorthy has also created New Raagas *Gaayakapriya for composing Adi Shankara’s Bhavani Ashtakam, *Radhapriya creating the famous Vanamali Radha RamaNaa Bhajan and Nataraja Patthu in *Binnashadaj , which aptly finds its place too in this App.

The songs created here are Multi-lingual - Sanskrit Tamizh & Hindi consisting of Keerthanams / Bhajans / Naama AvaLis / Slokams and few Chants Recorded Digitally along with few tracks of invaluable Live Recordings.
