MySalesIQ - the innovative eLearning platform for Philips Personal Health

MySalesIQ is the new Philips Personal Health eLearning app that supports the transfer of knowledge from innovations, technologies to the right demos of the Philips small household product groups, e.g. Ironing, floor care, dental care (Sonicare), Philips Avent, kitchen products (Airfryer) or Saeco fully automatic coffee machines.

Users are guided interactively through eLearnings, videos and knowledge tests and learn tips and tricks quickly and easily in order to be able to recommend the right product for their customers after the needs analysis.

In addition to the product training area, there is also a focus on sales skills. The combination of product and sales skills is the optimal solution to be perceived by customers as a trusted advisor for Philips products. You can use the app at any time, whether online or offline - simply load courses onto your smart device, run the courses and when you are online again, your activity profile will be updated automatically and you will receive a certificate after each course.

A news function keeps you up to date on the Philips Personal Health Group. Depending on the customer group, there is also the activation of a customer loyalty program (please inquire about this to your contact person).

Access to use the app is only possible in consultation with your Philips contact.
