MyRecoveryCompass is designed to simplify your recovery and keep you pointed in the right direction. Because treatment and early recovery can be loaded with questions or complications, Hazelden Betty Ford helps you to take control of the process and build a happy, healthy life.

MyRecoveryCompass is exclusive to patients and alumni of Hazelden Betty Ford, and its resources are meant to enrich and improve your ongoing treatment and recovery process. If you need login credentials, please contact your health care provider.

The app includes:

• Access to your care team: Tap into your support network, and chat with your counselors and clinicians whenever you need to.

• Recovery resources: Get insight and inspiration through a collection of recovery resources, including daily meditations, sober social networks, Twelve Step groups and other AA resources.

• MORE workshops: Enroll in self-guided workshops where you can learn new recovery skills in brief and digestible modules. There are lots of topics, including relapse prevention, how to find serenity, creating healthy routines and many more.

• Searchable library: You can search from an extensive catalogue of articles, lessons, guided meditations and more, all of which are great for practicing your daily recovery.

• Personalized recovery plan: Download and review your master treatment plan, and consider all your continuing care options from Hazelden Betty Ford’s selection of signature services.
