The MTR employee time clock recorder management app lives on the same phone as the ATC Standalone app.. Each employee is set up on MTR (add employee) name, pin number, tel no, pay rate. The mtr can be linked to multiple atc

When a clocking comes in the pin number is compared to the employee records and the clocking is placed in the correct employee file along with the location if enabled.. the clockings are stored on the employee record, and are available for viewing daily and weekly.. there is also a daily summary of the hours worked and pay earned. you can also look at the location of any clocking on google maps. You can delete an employee by simply holding your finger on his name and the edit delete option will appear.

Settings: You can choose which language you want. you can choose if you want to compare your employees expected clockings, and opt to be sent a warning if they do not clock with in a user defined number of minutes from they’re expected clocking pattern. useful for knowing if critical employees have arrived.. or whether someone is sick etc

With in the employee file you have further options of editing they're details and adding expected clocking schedule for each day of the week.. you can export the data either weekly/daily or raw clockings using all the methods your phone supports email, messaging, dropbox, drive, etc. for use/analysis elsewhere. you can add a clocking mainly used for missed clockings etc or you can clear the data..
