Who can create a Fleet Account? Any metropolitan, town, or village, University or Colleges, Private Business entity, Organizations, etc.

NOTE: After creating your Fleet Account, provide drivers your emailed Fleet Account number (that allows drivers to register), and log-in to your Fleet Account to manage your drivers.
