Revenue Court Case Management System Tripura Citizen App

Citizen applies for the various revenue cases in the Revenue Officers like District Magistrate & Collectors, Sub-divisional Magistrates, Deputy Collectors, Revenue Inspectors and Tehsilders. They are empowered to deal with the cases filed before them under the provisions of Tripura Land Revenue (TLR) & Land Reforms (LR) Act 1960. The Revenue court deals with the cases under section 95, 96, 11(3), 93(1), 93(2), 20 etc of this TLR and LR Act. The cases are generally filed to decide the dispute over a property (u/s 11(3)), Hearing of appeals against order passed by subordinate officer (u/s 93(1&2)), Revision of orders passed by subordinate officers of Collector (u/s 95), Review of Order (u/s 96). Cases under section 95 are filed mostly in Revenue Court of Collector for correction of published records. The collector decides on the cases by way of field level enquiry by subordinate revenue officials and hearing to petitioners and respondents. To keep track of the revenue cases, RCCMS (Revenue Court Case Management System) an open source application is developed and is live in the state. This app will provide applicant/opponent of such case to monitor the status and other status of his/her case filed in the various Revenue courts of the state. Next update will also include the “Online Application” for the citizen so that the applicant need not visit the office for submitting any such case.
