The device have multiple variants :

BASIC : Simple device with 5 smileys to capture the feedback at the click of button.

PRO : Device which enables the user to enter his/her mobile number before clicking on feedback smiley.

ACCESS : Employees can just tap their access card and then click one of the feedback smileys.

The device is robust, waterproof, sleek-looking and requires zero installation.

The device has an embedded SIM card that submits data instantly to the server. The dashboard is real-time and online, available on web and mobile, with a simple interface.
