Updated to the latest APIs and Libraries. Implementation of the new permission models. The app will now ask for storage permission the first time the user uses the camera or backup/restore features. The app will work with limitations even if the permission is denied. Storage permission is required to store backup files, as well as as creating the image file from the camera.

Also implemented the new Oreo adaptive icon supporting square, circle as well as squircle configurations.
