This fitness companion will help track your miles through a daily survey. It also has a team function for your group to track combined miles. You can compare miles progress against other teams through a rankings function. It is a fun way to increase physical activity while bringing a competitive edge amongst users.

Move a Million Miles (MMM) is based on the PiLR EMA app from MEI Research. PiLR EMA and other apps from MEI are used by researchers around the world to assess and improve health.
