Mood Explorer allows you to easily track your mood over time by selecting how often you feel a certain way in relation to positive affirmations. You can then do an in-depth check of each question you answered to see how you feel in relation to them. This is useful to see how positive your state mind is at any given time. In addition, mood patterns can be checked over time by selecting a desired time range using the calendar feature and user-friendly and easy to understand graphs. You will be able to find out which time of the day, week, month, year etc. when you are feeling extra positive.
