My Measurements - monitor your health yourself

My Measurements is an easy-to-use mobile application through which you can collect information on various health indicators, such as blood glucose, temperature, body weight and blood pressure. The application works with Glucomaxx® Connect *, thanks to which the readings from the device are automatically saved on your phone.

The solution is integrated with the Medical Information application, so you do not have to carry all the documentation with you to the clinic. All you need to do is prepare the results from the measurement log in the form of a document and submit them to the Medical Information application, and you will be able to remotely forward them to your attending physician.

Basic functionalities:

• Adding users - you collect your own or your loved ones' measurements in the application;

• You set the measurement standards - you define the values ​​that you consider to be borderline so that you can immediately see the exceedances of the standards for individual measurements;

• Automatically download the result from Glucomaxx® Connect - you take measurements and the result from the device is already in your application;

• You add measurements - if your device does not have integration with the application, you can enter your measurement manually;

• You browse the history of the test results - you find your measurements on the results list or you view the trends of the results on the chart;

• You set reminders - you activate the mechanism of reminding about the necessity to perform the measurement at specific times;

• Share measurements - you mark measurements, prepare a PDF document on their basis and send it to the Medical Information application, and then to your doctor.

The Moje Pomiary application is part of Asseco Mobile Patient Apps (AMPA), a package of mobile solutions designed to support patients in the treatment process. AMPA includes both standalone applications and those that work with Asseco solutions operating in medical care facilities throughout the country. Their common feature is security and limiting the amount of information stored outside the patient's phone.
