Changes:
hiscores fixed, back button crash fix, flicker fix with full redraw, targetting inverted

ad positions
Hiscore tables scrollable!
Install to SD added.
Autoplace ball fixed for multiple startpads.
Some graphics improvements.

Holes have to be improved ... more difficulty has to be added.
