-Fix permissions issues on Android Marshmallow Preview
-Must explicitly declare allow drawing over other apps!
-Must allow location permissions at runtime!
-Added separate launcher to enable service without showing settings screen

-Made notification low priority (but not dismiss-able) when service stopped
-Fixed missing class error due to Play library bug
