Minor bug fix.

- First open, the open box and 8 surrounding box have been changed so that mine do not appear.
- Abolished the limit on the number of revive in case of failure.
- Added the function that can set the action when the second tap is another box by double tap.
- Application icon was renewed.
- When double tap is ON, it is corrected so that the second tap works even in the number box.
