What's New in the Latest Version 0.8.14

New Features:
- Map shows labels on Survey Stations
- Map can now display polygons
- Level and Area pickers can be hidden when using map for a full screen experience

Fixes issues with:
- Some surveys not being displayed on the Survey dashboard
- Columns out of alignment on dashboard when viewing less than seven days at a time
- Visible columns on dashboard not updating until after a refresh when settings changed
