Migrate™ is a Buyers and Neighbors Listing Service whereby buyers can save money purchasing houses on subscription versus commissions. *Sellers contract to pay a $0 Listing agent commission, and if sold by a broker representing a buyer on subscription in the Migrate Network, a $0 Buyers Agent Commission.

For buyers: Your monthly subscription fee contracts a full service Realtor. This app unlocks the opportunity to bid on properties unavailable in your price range as our sellers do not have to pay a commission to our buyers.

For Sellers: Your Migrate subscription contracts a full service Realtor to sell your house. Our service syndicates your listing to the local MLS and all the major real estate websites. What will you miss from a traditional real estate agent? Nothing! Because we are traditional real estate agents that offer a monthly subscription in contrast to a percentage commission model.

*If you are a Real Estate Professional. Contact us to join the Migrate™ Exchange Platform which is available to any Real Estate Broker who agrees to offer a subscription based compensation service to residential clients. This is in contrast to a percentage commission paid at sale of a house in exchange for a monthly subscription to charge for Real Estate Services up front. This does not replace an offer to sell on percentage but allows you to offer a flat fee with recurring income.
