- Improved storage access permission obtaining flow
- Small bug fixes

** v0.4.0b8 has critical issue that the app doesn't sound. To fix this, I recreate new release.

** known issue
In several devices, the app may crash after storage permission dialog is closed.
If this issue occurs, rerun app. If the permission had been allowed, The app will work well.
I'll fix this issue in next release.
