E-prescription

You can conveniently manage your prescriptions using the e-prescription function: you can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still open. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly via the app.

Recommended services that we will redirect you to in the app:

• organspende-register.de: Central electronic directory in which you can document your decision for or against organ and tissue donation online. Entry in the organ donation register is voluntary, free of charge and can be updated or deleted at any time.

• Gesund.bund.de: Official portal of the Federal Ministry of Health, which offers you extensive and reliable information on numerous health topics.

Security

The development and approval of electronic patient files is subject to strict legal requirements. This includes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a statutory health insurance company, we ensure the optimal protection of your health data. Identify yourself once and use all the advantages of the ePA. You have the choice:

• Activation code: You can get this in our branch. We are looking forward to your visit!

• POSTIDENT: At the post office or with your electronic ID card.

• mhplus health card (eGK) with PIN.
