How to meditate:
Meditation is not about just the concentration. But it is about the journey from the thought-less state to the concentrated state. It is about to be relaxed.
Here is the proper way of meditation step by step:
1) Sit in the comfortable position
2) Close your eyes and Take deep breathes three times
3) Stay in this position for a while (You will feel the flood of thoughts but let it be)
4) Start counting your breaths and make it deeper
5) Stay in this position for at least five minutes (You will feel vibrations between your ear and nose)
6) Now concentrate between your eyes. It is called Gyanchakra.
7) Stay in this position for a while and feel the positive energy of cosmos being connected with you
8) Gently open your eyes
Most important during the meditation is the environment around you. It should be a quiet place that encourages you for relaxation. There is no rule for timing. You can do it anytime.
