Sayyidina Ali bin Abi Tholib Karomallahu wajhah said,

"Who raised the Prophet's birthday ceremony and therefore held the birthday reading ceremony?

then he will not leave the world except by faith and will enter heaven without reckoning."

In another narration, the Prophet said:

مَنْ أَحَبَّنِى كَانَ مَعِيْ فِي الْجَنـَّةِ

‎"Whoever is happy, joyful and loves me will come together with me and enter heaven."‎

In a hadith it says:‎

مَنْ عَظَّمَ مَوْلِدِىْ كُنْتُ شَفِيْعًا لَهُ يَـوْمَ الْقِيَا مَا ةِ. وَمَنْ أَنْفَقَ دِرْهَمًا فِى مَوْلِدِى فَكَأَ نَّمَا اَنْفَقَ جَ بَلاً مِنْ ذَ هَبٍ فِى سَبِيْلِ اللهِ

"Whoever honors/commemorates the day of my birth, I will intercede for him on the Day of Judgment.

And whoever gives infaq one dirham to commemorate my birth,

then you will be given a reward such as giving a gold infaq of ‎mountain fi sabilillah.‎
