Mapooi is an information-mapping, social utility for learning about what is going on around you and the world. This version of mapooi has more advanced features than the sister app mapooi with Twitter. We suggest you try both.

Use the app to peruse the world for what people are chatting about. Or use the map to post your garage sale, a musical event, an art exhibit or lecture that you want others to know about. Warn others about current crimes in progress or the status of disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes or storms. Use the app to take note where your loved ones are when they check in. By searching on location of key words, you can find what interests you.
