FIX: Some minor bugs removed.
CHANGE: When option "share" is chosen during the export, now user is shown possible option every time.
ADD: Possibility to exclude attribute when "Last added as default" is selected in Survey Settings. If this option is enabled for the attribute the form field is populated with default value or left blank.
ADD: Possibility to set default value for a particular value in dropdown list.
