Our txuletón meat, with a maturation of approximately 40 days, is the wonder of our product. With as much infiltrated fat as possible, it gives it extra juiciness and flavor. Every day, we clean and mince this meat ourselves to offer you the best fresh product. We accompany our hamburgers with artisan bread, which gives it an extra fluffiness.

Our sauces are homemade, elaborated and invented by us, which makes our burgers unique and full of flavor. Thanks to our dedication and commitment to excellence, we have earned several awards and recognitions. In 2022, the expert youtuber Joe Burger Challenge visited us, who crowned the Venom as his second favorite hamburger in the Basque Country, ranking it 42nd out of his top 50 in Spain.

In addition, in that same year, we entered the famous Repsol Guide with a solete, a recognition that we still maintain. We also won the award for the Best Gourmet Burger in Spain at the 2022 Burger Combat, a competition in which more than 400 chefs participated. Our Mediterranean burger stood out in the final held at the Madrid Gourmet Fair. For our good work in 2022, the MacarFi guide included us in their top 100 for 2023.

In the championship organized by @furybilbao to choose the best burger in Bizkaia, our burger Valentina became a finalist in 2022. And in 2023, the Venom was positioned as the third best burger in the Basque Country in the championship for the best burger in Spain. In addition, we have had the honor of being selected as a jury in Burger Combat 2023, both in the regional phase of Bizkaia in San Mamés, and in the grand finale at the IFEMA Gourmet Fair in Madrid, where we award the best hamburger. foodie of the year
