Three houses of the pd media group Pressedruck in Augsburg, Würzburg and Konstanz are developing a delivery app together with Zetes Austria GmbH. This app digitizes and combines the entire daily business in just one application in compliance with all labor law and data protection regulations. Here is a selection of functions: order placement, complaints processing, working time recording, notification of product arrival at storage locations, geofencing, GPS tracking, notification of delivery delays, processing of vacation requests and much more. All functions were developed and tested with the participation of the delivery colleagues. The development teams work across locations and use synergy effects to optimize and align the respective individual processes.

Our app is scalable and easily expandable and not only reflects day-to-day business, but has also been developed for the future and future challenges. It enables the development of new business areas and is a prerequisite for innovations and technology-driven growth in logistics and delivery.

In addition, we develop the app completely in line with customer needs and involve the end users in the development process. Starting with the first ideas and defining our basic requirements to testing every development and change.
