Optimizations:
- Reduced research time for the first 3 Economy Tech and first 4 Military Tech.
- Prestige Mall: Hero, Walong, can be purchased from Stage 3-10 (instead of 4-10), and the price is reduced from 1,500 to 1,000 Prestige Coins.
Fixes:
- Fixed the display of Intel icons on certain Resource Points.
- Fixed a bug where the scene doesn't change after tapping on a target in the Rally.
- Fixed a bug where Ladies' Active Skills are shown as ready when they are unavailable.
