The Kompas app is here for just that! Acknowledging your feelings and managing them safely is sometimes difficult for each and every one of us. However, with Kompas you will learn what exactly is happening inside you, test different exercises and track what helps you feel better. Set your Compass in the right direction! The Kompas app will help you:

choose from over 40 different exercises when you just want to feel different or react better to what's happening to you

recognize how you feel, name your emotions and connect them to work with the body

track how you feel based on where and with whom you are

use SOS if you feel very uncomfortable or feel that something is not right for a long time
