Updated search system to use Microsoft Cognitive Subscription service
Removed depreciated Bing Search API search systems
Added "Start paused" option to open the backing track for songs in a paused state
Improved the chord detection to included chords such as Em7b5
Added pause/play backing track toggle for external controllers (foot control)
