1) LuxRadar Free User will have now access to all stationary radars in Luxembourg
2) LuxRadar Pro User will have the ability to let the application run in background mode it in the menu.

* By moving to another view after the background mode is active, it will be turn off. But you can activate it again on the map view
* (Bluetooth notification are still working also in the background mode)
