The LumiraDx Engage App

The LumiraDx Engage App allows personal profile information, including name, date of birth, gender and zipcode (for US region only) to be shared with clinics, testing sites, and other sites at which medical providers perform tests. The LumiraDx Engage App also captures additional identification information, such as Fiscal Code, as requested by the Testing Provider. The LumiraDx Engage App communicates test results from the LumiraDx V5E POC Instrument. No clinical decision-making information is provided and the testing provider is responsible for providing medical guidance. The user of the app must assume complete responsibility to take appropriate action regarding their test results based on the direction of a medical professional.
