Displays the ambient lighting value in lx and fc.

Using the brightness sensor on the most modern smartphones returns the expressed value in both lux (lx) and foot-candle (fc).

You can change the unit of measurement from lux (lx) to foot-candle (fc).

If you want to have detailed information about the units of measurement there is a key that directly refers, and in the language set, to the Wikipedia page inherent to the units of measurement on the brightness.

There may be a small difference in values between one smartphone and the other as the sensors are not all the same. For example, in the settings pane, among other things, you can calibrate the value shown with respect to the smartphone sensor.
