- Correct the wrong probability in 大福彩 in version 1.3

- Change settings of 大福彩 based on the new game rule.
(1) Add Da-Fu prize and Sho-Fu prize
(2) Proportion of prize 55% -> 57%
(3) Second prize get bonus while first prize increasing:
FP: 500M- -> 500M to 1B -> 1B to 1.5B -> 1.5B+
SP: 250K -> 500K -> 1M -> 1.5M
- Fix an UI bug.
