> Funding category:

- PLA I housing (Integrated Rental Assistance Loan) are very social housing for people with particular difficulties in accessing housing. They include, in particular, integration housing managed by associations for the accommodation of disadvantaged people.

- PLUS housing (rental loan for social use) corresponds to traditional social housing.

- PLS (Social Rental Loan) housing is intermediate-type social housing, intended in particular for the middle classes and accessible under resource ceilings that cover three out of four Parisian households.

- the acquisition followed by a major rehabilitation and restructuring of buildings comparable to new construction
