About LockOnMe

Location sharing: track live locations and/or Points Of Interest on maps|radars

LockOnMe is a multi-platform (Web | Android | Wear OS) location sharing app used for pinning fixed positions as well as tracking live locations and/or Points Of Interest (POIs) on maps & fun radars.

𝗔 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗦

With LockOnMe you can store and share your Points of Interest (POIs) and/or live location in style, in a unique and elegant way: by using a "target".

A target is identified by a Target ID and Tracking Code pair: Johnny / Exploring.

The Target ID represents the main identifier — as in Alpha1, MarsBaseAlpha, or just Bob.

And you can think of the Tracking Code as some sort of instance or session name — like session1 (yes, very original…) or treadstone (already more fancy) — or as a more descriptive qualifier, especially if your target is only meant to list POIs — gardens (now we're talking).

As an individual, you can use LockOnMe on your own to locate your POIs (list of sites, waypoints, parked car...), or with others to see their location and POIs (meeting point, things to see...).

Entities too may showcase their sets of POIs (possibly using different Tracking Codes), such as the various stands or sites of an exhibition, a city's highlights for new freshers, etc.

𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 — connect to your own LockOnMe target by choosing the Target ID & Tracking Code – which you can both create at will and share with whoever you want – and then broadcast your location in-app and/or create Points Of Interest (you can select an icon, add a note, website and image link)

𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 — track targets from their Target ID & Tracking Code – see their Points Of Interest and/or follow their GPS position in real time (or at least their latest broadcast, if available)
