Live Music Streamer v1.3

* Ok, whatever... I removed the ads (for now) :D
* I moved to a new server. Should be faster!
* Bug fixes... Lollipop anyone?
* "Play Last Show" is now under the menu button.
* Other stuff, probably.

* I am working on improving the favorites-system. Soon!

* NOTE: My previous app, iLiveMusic, is now offline (it had been discontinued before). Use this app, LMS, instead.
