LINE WORKS Drive allows easy access to the files you need wherever you are, so you can check and share files while on the go, just as you would when you are at the office.

Its intuitive interface, designed specifically for Drive functions, makes it user-friendly for everyone.

■ Recommended for

Salespeople, field workers, customer service workers, etc.: Data can be easily viewed from mobile phones while you are out of the office or have limited access to a PC.

People who need to share information quickly: Information can be shared in real-time from outside the office.

People who need to work offline: Access necessary data from your mobile phone even without PC or Wi-Fi access.

People who have issues with file management between mobile and PC: Photos and files can be uploaded to Drive immediately, and synced between devices.

■ What you can do with this app

View and add files: You can check and edit the contents of My Drive, Shared Drive, and Talk Room folders.

Access management: Manage sharing settings and access privileges for each file and folder.

Favorite items: Quick access to frequently used folders and recently used files.

Upload/Download: Easily add and save files from your mobile device. Upload history and download progress can also be checked.

■ Before using this app

To use LINE WORKS Drive, companies/organizations must first subscribe to the LINE WORKS Advanced plan or Drive option plan on the official website (https://line-works.com/), and after which they can create individual accounts for their employees.

If you are unsure about the subscription status, please contact the LINE WORKS Service Administrator at your company/organization for details.

If your company/organization has subscribed to one of the plans above, you can log in to this app with your regular LINE WORKS account.

* Currently, multi-account management is not available in the Drive app. (As of November 2024)
