Law published in the Second Section of the Official Gazette of the Federation, on Friday, December 15, 1995.

On the sidelines a seal with the National Shield, which says: United Mexican States.- Presidency of the Republic.

DECREE

THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES,

DECREE: NEW TAX LAWS ARE ISSUED AND OTHER ARE MODIFIED
