Les Pizzas de Cédric is the story of a man who dreamed from a very young age of making the best pizzas in the world...

Cédric is from the North Ardèche. One day he decides to drop everything to devote himself to his passion: pizzas. And since he never does things by halves, he leaves with his school bag near Monaco to graduate from the French school of pizza maker. Trained by Éric Riem, initiator and director of the establishment, with a more than impressive track record, he is in good school. “It’s a remarkable training that serves me every day in my job. Thanks to her, I am sure to offer quality products in my pizzeria. »

A graduate “and proud of it”, he opened his pizzeria in Saint-Marcel-les-Annonay shortly after.
