Jayakarta Group is one of the comedy groups that have been present and colored Indonesian television in the 1970s. Present as a comedy group, the Jayakarta Group is equipped with at least four members. They are Jojon, Uuk, Suprapto and Cahyono. The Jayakarta Group packs their jokes in a structured manner and has a character for each member. Jojon plays the role of a figure who is always the victim of pranks by other colleagues, Cahyono who opens the topic of jokes, Uuk as a thug, and Prapto who looks like a woman named Esther.
