My app includes over 120 exercises (incl. videos), more than 60 workouts and 13 different workout programs to meet your individual goal. You will be able to choose from several split workout plans, progressive transformation plans, programs specifically designed to burn body fat or get your booty in shape or even create your own program. You will have programs for the gym as well as home workout programs. All programs are progressive plans to efficiently achieve your goal. For every exercise, I have recorded a video to show you how to do it correctly.

Nutrition

In fitness, 70% of your success is achieved in the kitchen. Especially if you would like to lose weight and get back in shape it is vital to get your calorie management and macronutrients on point. To make sure that it is as easy as possible for you my app creates a 100% individualised meal plan to meet your personal requirements and goals.

The macronutrient distribution between protein, carbs and fat and of not to forget a lot of vitamins, minerals and fibres are perfectly suited to push your metabolism towards fat burn. All these requirements are translated into a simple and delicious meal plan with easy to cook recipes. As your meal plan is specifically created for you there is no second one like it.

Of course, your meal plan will be perfectly in line with the workout program you choose to maximise the results.
