Naming in headers streamlined
Bullet naming: does not pick and merge with cartridge name anymore
Registration: Default setting selection for Elevation and Windage in: mrad, MOA, cm/100m, in/100yd
Unit value update to printouts fixed: Powder dv/dT table (V1 units), Weather map values in parameter summary window

Process to feed V0 value in case of Bullet and Custom bullet simplified (no need to set the value also in Powder dv/dT table)
Reticle generator: Values can now be fed also in decimals
