- UGPP a la mano (Pension and Parafiscal Unit), is a free download tool, in which citizens have at their fingertips through their mobile device, an easily accessible tool that allows the filing of Petitions , Complaints, Claims, Suggestions, Congratulations and Complaints (understand "Complaint" as those against a Public Servant of the Unit for any irregularity in the exercise of their functions) - PQRSFD.

Through this tool, citizens will be able to:

Register in our Electronic Office.

File a PQRSFD both in Parafiscal matters and in Pension matters.

Attach files or photos stored on your mobile device, with which you intend to support your request.

Obtain the registration number of entry to the entity, with which you can follow up on your request.

Download and save on your device in pdf file, the acknowledgment of receipt of your request.

Know the estimated response time according to the legislation and the type of request, whether it is a general request, a request for information / copies, or a legal query.

Access the Pension and Parafiscal Unit from any geographic location.

Know the information to access the different citizen service channels.

Recommendations:

Consult article 13 to 31 of Law 1437 of 2011, so that in this way you can verify that your request meets the requirements of clarity and completeness, and with this the entity can give a substantive and timely response to your request.

The files that can be attached through the tool are pdf and txt, whose weight per file does not exceed 25 megabytes and per file does not exceed 60 megabytes.
