Version 1.4.0 (build 60)

Added Vietnamese translation!! Thanks to Trương Minh Thư for the great job!

This update is focused on performance, and we really worked on that, in particular: better sync and initialization speed, with a high speed smb download (up to 700mbps!). But we also added some Material3 UI improvements, like dynamic colors for android 12, with some bug fixes.
