Alhamdulillah, thanks be to Allah S.W.T, finally we PonPon Media have successfully completed the application Short Letter Reading Collection. A collection of short Al-Quran letters is an application that helps in memorizing short letters. Muslims all over the world are encouraged to always worship and remember Allah SWT in every step. Among them are many practices to increase faith and piety, one of which is reading the Qur'an, as mentioned in one of the narrated hadiths, namely:

"The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The best of worship for my people is reading the Qur'an." (Narrated by al-Baihaqi).

Reading the Quran can be done anytime and anywhere. In fact, the holy verses of the Koran are also read in prayer which is the main worship of Islamic teachings. For that, it would be nice if we can memorize some verses of the Qur'an so that we are more active and enthusiastic about reading and practicing them.

Al-Quran consists of letters that were revealed in two cities, there is a letter that fell in Mecca, there is also a letter that came down in Medina when the Prophet Muhammad had emigrated to Medina. Generally, the letters that were revealed in Medina have many verses and are long, while the letters that were revealed in Mecca tend to be shorter and have fewer verses.

Short letters in the Koran are usually often used when carrying out sunnah prayers and the five daily obligatory prayers. In fact, most imams in Indonesia often use short letters in their prayers. Usually one short surah for each raka'at. The letters that are read are Surat al-Ikhlas, Surah an-Nas, Surah al-Kafirun, or other short letters.

Most of the Koran children usually study short letters in juz amma before finally learning the Koran. This is because the short letters, are letters that have very few verses so that they are easy to memorize even for small children. Talk about children, for those of you who are teaching your children to memorize short letters, or for those of you who are learning and memorizing short letters yourself.
