Knock The Flags!

- Replaced the ability to skip the camera that follows a cannon ball with a new dynamic camera system. Basically, when you overshoot a cannon ball the camera angle is skipped automatically at a certain point.

- Made a slight adjustment to the green block in level 40.

- Some code changes as needed.
