Locking application to convert devices for Kiosk mode

This app uses the Device Administrator permission. Allowing EYN to control a device and therefore should only be installed and setup by an EYN staff member.

Note: The app cannot control a device unless it's provisioned in the correct way, so an EYN employee will need to be present for the initial setup.
