Educational Platform: Organization, Management & Evaluation of Educational Project.

Key-School is a web mobile application for organizing, managing and evaluating an educational project, specialized for the needs of the Greek educational system. Through the application, everyone in the school community, no matter where they are, has access to their own page at Key-School via their computer or mobile phone, sees what they need to see and performs the functions defined by address.

• The educational project that is produced is organized and controlled, at the level of Educational Organization, Educational Unit, Class, Group, Department Orientation, Course, Student.

• There is complete flexibility in terms of covering particularities in the way the courses are taught and covering exceptions in terms of the courses attended by the student of each department.

• The schedule of the educational organization for all teaching hours and courses, throughout the year is recorded. Comments and educational material can be posted for each teaching hour.

• The Key-School registers the way of evaluation of each educational organization, as it is. For each evaluation criterion (category) used today by the exp. organization (competition, work, oral, quarterly, semester grades, etc.) a field is created in which those in charge can enter grades and comments.

• The evaluation for each student is automatically entered in his card, in three levels: general evaluation, per lesson and per evaluation criterion (with grades and written comments for each case).

• The possibility of Internal Evaluation is provided: The teachers and the services of the educational organization are evaluated through electronic questionnaires filled in by the students and the parents. The management receives statistics for each course, each teacher and for the educational work of the organization from the data of the evaluation questionnaires. The function of the questionnaires can be used for other topics that will be chosen by the management of the educational organization.

• The Key-School is configured directly according to the needs of the educational organization as it is made (and not "adapted") for the Greek educational system. At the beginning of the training period, the annual operating data of the exp. organization (students, staff, courses, departments, etc.) and the roles and rights of promotion / management of all members of the community of the exp. organization.

• It is extremely simple to use, for every staff member, for students and for parents. Training and full technical support is provided. Comes with a detailed user manual. Delivered immediately with the "turnkey".

• There are no hidden costs. Keystone is committed to adapting the application to changes in the education system at no cost to users.

• It is a unique tool for computer support of most of the procedures required for the certification of educational organizations according to ISO or ELOT.
