Developing mental strength, saving energy and collecting sporting donations for the Ukraine - this is possible with the cold shower challenge.

You can form teams for this challenge. Over a period of 3 weeks, all shower units where a cold shower is taken for at least one minute are counted. A dashboard shows the current group status at all times. At the end of the day, you can donate the money you save to direct aid to Ukraine.
