Initiate job requisitions directly in the field for:

- Real-time incident follow-up providing the option to assign the job to a technician present on site (journey optimization);

- Removal of the risk of error for the equipment reference concerned (bar code reading);

- A more detailed description of the problem (voice recognition and taking of a photo).
