-Added background service for taking measurements while phone is on lock-screen or on another app.
-Added Location Always option so that the measurements will still get GPS location.
-Added new GPS location indicator on the GPS details tab in the Active Walk Screen.
-Service now displays a notification that shows the latest measurement.
-New Measurements now display at the top of the list.
-Added localtime export for PcApp csv
-Removed deprecated import feature
