Those looking to load the Gladiator cargo platform can carry payloads ranging from 1,105 to 1,700 pounds. Powered by a reliable 270-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine, the Ford Ranger can tow up to 7,500 pounds, slightly less than the properly equipped 2021 Jeep Gladiator's maximum 7,650 pounds. The 2020 Jeep Gladiator will add a 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel engine (260 horsepower/442 lb-ft of torque) to the engine lineup later in 2020. Scrambler and just use the new name before choosing Gladiator, believing it would be the best fit for the Jeep Gladiator.
